At SkillStackLab, we stand behind the value of our digital products.
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant access materials, all sales are final.

However, we offer a 7-Day Conditional Refund Policy under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. Show proof that you implemented the system (screenshots of completed checklists or dashboard usage).
2. Demonstrate reasonable effort in applying the AI Skill Shield framework.
3. Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:-
-No implementation effort is shown.
- Refund abuse is detected.
- The request is submitted after 7 days.

Chargebacks without contacting support first will be considered policy abuse.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. We are committed to delivering real value.

This policy protects both serious buyers and our intellectual property.
